Open Doors values transparency and dialogue with our donors. Use the form below to download our latest annual report--or you can browse other records and resources.

When you partner with Open Doors US, you're not just supporting an organization—you're joining a mission led by people who understand that every dollar represents a prayer, every decision affects a persecuted believer and every day matters to our global church family.

Our leadership team brings decades of experience in ministry, international development, and financial stewardship, unified by a shared commitment to Brother Andrew's original vision: going where others cannot or will not go. From boardrooms to the most dangerous places on earth, we're guided by leaders who've walked alongside persecuted Christians and witnessed firsthand why faithful presence matters.

Because when you entrust us with your partnership, you deserve to know exactly who we are, how we operate, and where every resource goes. Transparency isn't just good practice—it's biblical stewardship of the trust you place in us to serve your persecuted family.

Our Commitment to Excellence

Governance and Accountability

Open Doors US operates under the oversight of an independent Board of Directors committed to the highest standards of Christian ethics and financial stewardship. Our board members bring diverse expertise in ministry, business, finance and international development, ensuring wise governance of the resources entrusted to us.

We maintain membership in the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) and adhere to their rigorous standards for financial integrity, fundraising ethics and board governance. Every year, we undergo independent financial audits and make our findings available to supporters who want to verify our stewardship.

Financial Transparency

Your partnership with persecuted Christians deserves complete transparency. That's why we make our financial information readily available, including our annual Form 990, independent auditor reports and detailed breakdowns of how we allocate resources between program services, fundraising and administrative costs.

We're particularly proud that the vast majority of every dollar goes directly to supporting persecuted Christians through our presence ministry, advocacy work and emergency assistance programs. Because when your persecuted family is in crisis, resources need to reach them quickly and efficiently.

Values in Action

Biblical Stewardship in Practice

Our approach to leadership and finances reflects our core belief that we are stewards, not owners, of the resources entrusted to us. This means:

  • Lean operations: We maintain minimal administrative overhead so maximum resources reach persecuted believers
  • Long-term presence: We invest in sustained relationships rather than short-term projects that look good in reports
  • Local partnerships: We work through indigenous church leaders who know their communities' deepest needs
  • Strategic giving: Every program decision is evaluated against one question: "Does this strengthen persecuted Christians and their witness?"

Why This Matters to You

When you review our financial reports or read our leadership bios, you're not just checking boxes for accountability—you're confirming that the people leading this mission understand the weight of your trust. Our persecuted brothers and sisters can't afford leaders who treat their calling lightly.
